For a refund to be considered, the item must remain unused, in its original condition, and have all attached tags intact. The return should be initiated within 48 hours from the delivery date. 

Non-Refundable Items: 

Certain items, such as intimate wear, accessories, and personalized/customized products, cannot be refunded due to hygiene and personalization reasons.

Clearly state the reason for the return and attach any necessary supporting documentation. Refunds (If Applicable): 

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, you will receive an email confirming its receipt and informing you of the approval or denial of your refund request. Please allow approximately (5-7) five to seven days for your refund to be processed.
