Shipping Protocol
At fashiofrenzy, we prioritize nationwide delivery, facilitated by our trusted shipping partners, who typically make two to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, we recommend contacting us to reschedule.
Please note that we do not dispatch products on Sundays and holidays due to logistics partner unavailability. In case of products or orders being returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, we regret to inform you that refunds for the purchase price cannot be offered, and we will not be held liable for the issue.
Transit Duration
For domestic shipments, the courier service generally takes approximately three to eight (3-8) days to reach their intended destination.
Split Shipments
If you've ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days based on availability and shipping locations. To ensure secure transit, our products are often shipped separately, resulting in multiple deliveries to your provided address.
Change of Address Requests
Once an order is placed, address modifications cannot be made. However, if changes are needed, please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of your transaction submission. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled if they're not yet prepared for shipment, but the request must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order. You'll receive a full refund, supported by an email containing evidence of the refund. Please note that orders marked as "Ready to Ship" are non-cancelable as they're dispatched within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement.
